INFLOT Worldwide Tours representatives participate in the 43th MedCruise General Assembly which has started its work yesterday, on the 13th of November in Alanya, Turkey. The members of the Association gathered in Turkey to discuss the latest developments of the cruise sector, and the implications and prospects of cruising in the Med and its adjoining seas.

The main highlights of the organized discussion will be as follows: the ways that cruise ports finance the essential infrastructure developments; Cruising the East Med; Challenges and Prospects for the Cruise Sector In the Med. Aside from the unique possibility to discuss the development and challenges the participants will also devote their time to involve themselves in  B2B meetings with cruise lines executives.

MedCruise is the Association of Mediterranean Cruise Ports. It was set up in Rome in 1996. The mission of this association is to promote the cruise industry in the Mediterranean and its adjoining seas. Today, the association has grown to 72 members representing more than 100 ports around the Mediterranean region, including the Black Sea, the Red Sea and the Near Atlantic, plus 30 associate members, representing other associations, tourist boards and ship/port agents.
